Browser Configuration
The LLL@Home site is designed for viewing using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher. We strongly recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of your preferred browser.
Pop up blocker settings & cookie settings may need configuring to allow use of LLL@Home. Refer to the FAQ page for details if you are having difficulties.
Security Information
Internet Security Software
Up to date Internet Security software eg. anti virus, spyware protection must be installed on your computer to protect you from viruses and key loggers that could breach access.
Padlock Symbol
Whenever you enter a "secure" internet site such as LLL@Home, you should always see a locked padlock symbol on your browser. Do not enter the site without it. All data transferred between the computer and the LLL is encrypted with 128 bit encryption, to ensure that if this data is intercepted, it cannot be deciphered. All recent web browsers incorporate this level of encryption, and so it is important to ensure that the browser you are using is one that the LLL recommends and is the latest version.
Emails
The LLL does not send any unsolicited emails in relation to LLL@Home. You should never provide any financial or login/password details in response to an unsolicited email request.
Bookmarking
Bookmark the LLL@Home login page using the Favorites/Bookmark option in your browser, and use this bookmark when logging in to LLL@Home.
Logging in to LLL@Home
You can login to LLL@Home via the "Login" button on the main LLL web page (www.lll.org.au). Please bookmark the main LLL web page for quick access to LLL@Home.
When logging on for the first time, you will be asked to change your Access Code. The Access Code must be at least 5 characters in length and no more than 10, and may contain alphabetic or numeric data. It is strongly recommended that the Access Code is not easily recognisable (eg a name, date of birth etc). The LLL accepts no responsibility for unauthorised access to depositor accounts, where depositors have not secured their Access Code.
