The 4 Tax Deductible Funds operated by the LLL are:
- Lutheran Laypeople's League School Building Fund
- Christian School's Building Fund
- Aged Person's Homes Building Trust Fund
- Christ's Mission to the Needy Fund
Donations of $2 or more are allowable deductions for income tax purposes in Australia.

Lutheran Laypeople's League School Building Fund
Donations to this fund can be used for building projects for Lutheran Kindergartens, Primary or Secondary Schools.
School building projects include:
- the construction or purchase of buildings
- extensions to existing buildings
- maintenance & repair of buildings
- repayment of building loans.
Christian School's Building Fund
Donations to this fund are used to provide buildings used primarily for Christian education such as Sunday Schools.
Each building project must be approved by the Australian Taxation Office before the project can receive benefits from this fund.
Aged Person's Homes Building Trust Fund
Donations to this fund are used to assist in providing aged care facilities in the following areas:
- purchase of land
- construction or purchase of aged care homes
- extensions to existing aged care homes
- maintenance and repair of aged care homes
- repayment of establishment and building loans
- purchase, maintenance and repair of furniture, fittings and equipment
- purchase, maintenance and repair of amenities
and facilities for the comfort and benefit of residents
Christ's Mission to the Needy Fund
Donations to this fund are used to assist those in "necessitous circumstances". Allocations to specific cases must be approved by the Trustee of the fund prior to payment.
