The LLL provides specialised services for churches, schools, age care facilities and other organisations associated with the Lutheran Church of Australia (LCA). Loans at low interest rates are provided to organisations that are able to raise sufficient funds through Matching Deposits.
Apart from low interest rates, the borrowing organisation also benefits from no account keeping or monthly fees and charges. This has a tremendous impact on reducing the borrowing organisation’s financial burden, thus helping them to repay their debt much quicker than if they were to borrow from the market.
