Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

LLL is here to support our customers during the evolving COVID-19 situation. We are operating normally and our staff are on hand to ensure your banking needs are met without interruption.

Depositors will continue to have access to their funds and conduct online banking via:

LLL app

If you have any issues accessing your account or need further assistance the LLL’s helpful staff are contactable via online enquiries or on 1800 556 457 during office hours.

Our over-the-counter service remains open and wearing a mask is mandatory for customers entering the LLL building, including Lutheran Tract Mission. If you are feeling unwell or showing symptoms of a cold or flu, please follow Government guidelines and do not visit our offices. The LLL has a number of ways we can assist our customers online or over the phone.
