You can continue to use LLL Savings Accounts even when your child is no longer at a Lutheran school.
You can access the account (deposits and withdrawals):
or contact the LLL for other options.
All LLL Savings Accounts, including your child’s account, have an attractive interest rate, which is calculated on daily balances and added annually.
Please check the current interest rate.
Anyone may open and operate an LLL Savings Account.
The school accepts the cash and cheques on behalf of the LLL, and makes the entry in each child’s passbook. The money is transferred to the LLL and into the child’s account. Annually, the passbook is sent to the LLL office in Adelaide for reconciliation, and the interest is added.
LLL Savings Accounts can be accessed (deposits and withdrawals) in a variety of ways:
As guardian and signatory to your child’s account, you can obtain internet access with LLL@Home.
Complete the LLL@Home Internet Access Form.
A ‘Relinquish guardianship’ form needs to be completed. Please contact the LLL to obtain this form.
Just contact the LLL to obtain the ‘Relinquish guardianship’ form.
Once a year, your Lutheran school collects all passbooks and sends them to the LLL office for entry of interest and reconciliation.
The parent/guardian can send the passbook to the LLL office for updating at any time.
This concept is unique to the LLL in which any LLL Savings Account can be a Matching Deposit to support your school.
