Make your regular offerings simpler with REG

Regular Electronic Giving (REG) is a safe, convenient, flexible, and confidential way to give a regular offering to your congregation.

For many people, regular giving can be challenging. You may not attend church every week, prefer not to carry cash, or simply want a more organised way to manage your giving. REG allows you to continue supporting your congregation - consistently and effortlessly.

REG works in an automated way, based on the instructions you provide, helping ensure your offering reaches your congregation whether you are present in church or not.

Why choose REG?

REG offers a number of benefits for individuals:

• Convenient – no need to carry cash or remember envelopes
• Flexible – choose the amount and frequency that suits you
• Confidential and anonymous – your giving remains private
• Reliable – your congregation receives consistent support
• Transparent – in lieu of cash on the offering plate, you can place a REG card on the offering plate to demonstrate your support.

Your offering is transferred securely and directly to the congregation you nominate.

How REG works

REG is facilitated through LLL's direct debit system and can be set up using:

• Your external bank, credit union, or building society account, or
• An LLL Instant Access Facility^

LLL administers REG free of charge to you, as a service to the Lutheran Church of Australia (LCA).

You may amend or cancel your REG arrangement at any time by contacting LLL or in accordance with your Direct Debit Request and Service Agreement.

To use REG:

1. Complete an LLL Direct Debit Request Form
2. Read and accept the REG Service Agreement
3. Submit the completed forms to LLL via [email protected]

Once established, LLL will deduct the nominated amount from your account or facility and transfer it to the LLL REG account for your chosen congregation, in accordance with the amount and frequency instructions you provide.
