Scott Ross, Chief Relationship Officer
Began at LLL in 2021, commenced as Chief Relationship Officer in 2022
Qualifications: Master of General Management, Bachelor Management (Accounting) and Business (Banking and Finance), Graduate Member of the AICD
Scott is responsible for maintaining and fostering relationships with key stakeholders to deliver LLL's strategic objectives. He strikes the balance between meeting the capital requirements of Lutheran entities, so the missional needs of borrowers are maintained, and ensuring our customers are recompensed for their missional support. He builds and preserves support for, and engagement with, our stakeholders, staff, and Board.
Scott is an avid fan of the great outdoors and enjoys mountain biking.
Samantha Kukic, Head of Client Relationships
Began at LLL in 2023
Qualifications: FINSIA Diploma in Financial Services, Business Finance - Credit Risk Management accreditation through Macquarie Uni, APLMA - Loan Syndication Advanced through Allens Arthur Robinson Solicitors
Sam is a seasoned banker with over 25 years of experience in the finance industry, mainly at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, financing large Australian infrastructure projects. Specialising in lending strategies, customer relationship management and people leadership, Sam has successfully assisted customers achieve growth in their financial portfolios.
With a reputation for integrity, professionalism and strategic thinking, Sam plays a key role in delivering financial solutions that drive success for both the clients and the organisation.
Outside of work, she enjoys maintaining and active and balanced lifestyle with strong interest in fitness, outdoor activities and exploring new places through travel.
Andrew Osborne, Client Relationship Compliance Officer
Began at LLL in 2023
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance)
Andrew has over 25 years of commercial banking experience.
He spent 15 years at Commonwealth Bank of Australia in a variety of commercial lending roles (including lending to ASX-listed mining companies, schools and aged care industries), and 7 years at Bendigo & Adelaide Bank in a national leadership role.
Andrew is an avid swimmer, a mixed-netball player, and enjoys travel and eating out.
Joe Santostefano, Client Relationship Analyst
Began at LLL in 2023
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Accounting)
Joe retains extensive lending and credit experience developed over a 35-year career in the banking sector. Joe combines strong financial and analytical capabilities with a practical, solutions-based approach that emphasises efficient, timely and reliable client support through every stage of the lending process.
Joe enjoys travelling, spending time with family and is an active member of his local church.
Shaun Coggins, Client Relationship Analyst
Began at LLL in 2026
Qualifications: Master of Accounting and Master of Commerce
Shaun has over 20 years of experience in commercial lending with Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He spent seven years living and working in Tanzania including one year volunteering as a Finance Manager with an NGO, two years as a Financial Controller with a safari company and four years as Chief Administration Officer with a solar home system company.
Shaun is a proud Dad, and avid sports fan, particularly of the Adelaide Crows in the AFL. He enjoys travelling and trying to stay fit and healthy through regular running and visits to the gym.
