In May 2020, St Peters Lutheran College Springfield, Queensland, completed the Junior High Precinct for secondary students.
We are thrilled to see the school community responding to the exceptional quality of education at the college, by growing its enrolments from 96 students in Prep to Year 8 in 2008, to a Prep to Year 12 school of 663 students in 2021.
We are grateful to have worked with St Peters to construct seven additional general learning areas, a specialist iSTEAM (innovation, Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) teaching space, flexible learning areas, art gallery and staffing offices.
Architecturally designed with St Peters’ future needs in mind, this hub creates a learning atmosphere that is bright, vibrant, and inclusive of everyone’s individual learning needs. The future-focussed and agile educational approach means each classroom is adaptable, with students able to choose to work in collaborative groups or in a withdrawal space to concentrate on their own.
LLL is pleased to have partnered with St Peters on this project since they broke ground in 2019 and we wish the college every success as its current and future students leverage the facilities available to them in the Junior High Precinct.
