The Net Promoter Score indicates how likely it would be for a customer to recommend LLL to another person. In the 2020 customer survey, we received a very positive NPS score of 59 which is fantastic.
For comparison purposes, only one of the big four banks in Australia has a positive NPS, the other three all have a negative NPS. Thank you to all who completed the 2020 survey, we received some great feedback. Your support is amazing, we are so blessed.
