Qualification: Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts – Accountancy, Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Graduate member of the AICD, Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance
Tania provides Board and Committee secretariat functions, including advice to the Chair and CEO on contemporary corporate governance practices, facilitates and advises on Board structures, processes, and policies, and ensures directors and LLL effectively discharge their legal and regulatory responsibilities. Tania also has oversight of the LLL insurance program, as well as our public disclosure responsibilities with key regulators, including ASIC, ACNC, Austrac, and APRA, supports the delivery of the Annual General Meeting and engages with external legal counsel on key governance and corporate matters.
Tania is an avid traveller, loves to read political and crime thrillers and mysteries, and enjoys relaxing at her holiday home south of Adelaide.
