Connecting with our Lutheran Church community is key to our existence – we're here to support you in ministry and fellowship, to enable growth and to provide educational opportunities.
At the One Voice Australian Conference on Lutheran Education (ACLE) at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, Victoria, in July, LLL stood forth as the principal sponsor. By supporting the event, we built on our commitment to the education sector as it works towards its mission to build world-class Lutheran schools for future generations.
LLL CEO, Ross Smith, delivered the welcoming address at ACLE, sharing the organisation’s primary objective of helping others, delivered through like-minded people guided by God. Ross shared his understanding of ACLE’s strategic objective to see future generations prosper in God’s light.
He also explained how LLL transformed money into a force for good to stand by Lutheran schools and their commitment to education, ensuring success can be shared for this generation and the next.
Along with Ross, Chief Relationship Officer, Scott Ross, Business Services Manager, Leandre Scheepers and Marketing Manager, Rhianan Strangways, also attended, connecting with more than 500 Lutheran Education professionals after a long break due to COVID-19.
LLL provided more than just sponsorship; we ensured visitors had plenty of chocolate and caffeine to keep them alert during the conference.
It was LLL’s privilege and honour to be able to sponsor the ACLE conference, thanks to the missional generosity of our depositors.
The LLL prides itself on providing savings accounts that are simple to operate, with a variable interest rate and no fees or charges. The LLL has a variety of savings accounts: personal and joint accounts; guardian accounts for children; and business accounts, including for self-managed super funds and not-for-profit organisations.
As an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution (ADI), the LLL is regulated under the Banking Act and by APRA.
