Cathy's professional career has spanned roles in private legal practice and as in-house legal counsel and company secretary in ASX listed and private companies. She has provided corporate and commercial legal advice and company secretarial and governance services to companies and their boards across industry sectors including aged care, agriculture, banking and finance, energy, oil and gas, food and beverage, insurance, education and manufacturing.
Her executive roles have included responsibility for risk management, community and government engagement, investor relations, internal audit, insurance and sustainability.
