An exciting new Early Learning Centre under construction at St Michael's Lutheran Primary School is set to benefit families of the Adelaide Hills region.
The much-loved school in the historic South Australian town of Hahndorf undertook the transformative project with the aid of an LLL Loan and will open the doors of its brand-new facility in 2026.
"The development of the ELC is a key element of St Michael's long-term strategic plan to grow and strengthen our school community," Business Manager Tracy Downing said.
"As enrolments continue to rise, the ELC will play an important role in welcoming families earlier into the St Michael's journey, supporting continuity of learning, and building strong connections as children transition into the Foundation years and beyond."

Strong partnership
"LLL has been an excellent partner throughout this process," Tracy added.
"Working alongside LESNW and LLL, the loan approval process was made straightforward despite its complexity.
"Once approved, (LLL Client Relationship Analyst) Joe was exceptionally supportive, guiding us step by step through necessary changes, such as the transfer of land and the subsequent mortgage adjustments. These were managed seamlessly with minimal impact on our end.
"The team has also been proactive in checking in regularly to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. Kudos to Joe and the LLL team for making what could have been a challenging process feel manageable and well supported."
