A new digital sign will help Redeemer Lutheran Church Narraweena extend its reach deeper into Sydney's Northern Beaches community.
The congregation was presented with a $25,000 LLL Mission Outreach Grant to support the project by LLL CEO Karen Pienaar during the 41st Convention of Synod of the Lutheran Church of Australia's NSW and ACT District.
"This project represents an opportunity to extend our mission beyond the church walls and into the daily lives of our community," Redeemer church council member Gary Rollans said.

"A digital sign board will serve as a modern tool for sharing the Gospel, fostering connection, and strengthening Redeemer Lutheran Church's presence in Narraweena.
"We would like to express our deep gratitude to LLL for their support in making this vision a reality."
Redeemer, the only Lutheran congregation in Sydney's north, will use the sign to promote its expanding range of community services.
Future focus
Held in early August at Warrambui Retreat and Conference Centre, the Synod brought together delegates and visitors to consider the District's mission and future.
LLL was pleased to support the NSW-ACT District as a Synod sponsor.
"The District of NSW and ACT thanks LLL for their sponsorship of Synod and their ongoing support," a NSW-ACT District representative said.

"The Synod enjoyed an enthusiastic and positive atmosphere as delegates embraced the theme of The Great Co-Mission of Matt 28:19-20, and Bishop Richard Schwedes shared his vision to steward the District forward with a Christ-centred, Co-Mission focus, supporting the members to ensure the District is sustainable for generations.
"Overall, the Synod was considered a wonderful success, with delegates and visitors encouraged by Bishop Richard to move forward with clarity of vision for a mission-focussed, sustainable future."
LLL looks forward to sharing the outcome of Redeemer's signage project as it comes to fruition.
