Through the LLL Charitable Donation Program, your participation helps:

How it works
- Choose whether you want to support a Cause or register an organisation for participation.
- Investors who want to support a Cause open a dedicated Charitable Facility.
- LLL allocates funds^ to approved beneficiaries, considering investor preference, community need and missional goals.
- Eligible Causes receive support that helps create meaningful local impact over.
For example: Ben invests $20,000 in an LLL Charitable Facility and nominates an organisation or area of mission that matters to him. Instead of earning interest on that investment, interest that notionally accrues is foregone and retained by LLL. LLL uses its discretion to allocate this foregone interest to a range of Beneficiaries guided by Ben's nominated preference, community needs, and shared missional priorities of other Christian organisations. Ben's original capital remains intact and can be withdrawn** at any time.

Important information
^ The customer has no entitlement to be paid interest under the Charitable Donations Program product. Any reference to "foregone interest" is notional only. Nominated preferences are non‑binding and do not create an entitlement or obligation; funding is allocated by considering community need and missional priorities, with consideration given to nominated preferences. All allocations of funds are determined by LLL at its sole discretion.
** LLL Charitable Facilities require a 31-day notice of withdrawal.
We are required by law to notify investors that our debentures and our offering of the debentures is not subject to the usual protections for investors under the Corporations Act or regulation by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.
By law, LLL must inform investors that LLL's debenture products are only intended to attract investors whose primary purpose for making their investment is to support LLL's charitable purposes, primarily support for the Mission of the Lutheran Church in Australia; that investors may be unable to get some or all of their money back when the investor expects it or at all; and that an investment in LLL's debentures is not comparable to investments with banks, finance companies or fund managers.
