One Time Password (OTP) is required when undertaking certain types of transactions and activities via LLL Internet Banking. OTP is a unique six-digit code, used in addition to your Login ID and password, that provides an additional layer of security when accessing your account via LLL Internet Banking and/or LLL app.
The transactions and specific actions for which OTP is required follows:
- Transactions to Non-registered Payees
- New and Updated Personal Payee
- Change Password
- PayID Maintenance
- Schedule Batch
- Update Contact Details
